1. SPACE & INT. BAR - DAY                                1.

FX: We see Earth far away and the camera starts to get closer and into the atmosphere. It lands in front of a door in a dark smokey alley.

There is a hand at the side of the camera with a sonic screwdriver, that has a blue light, that sonics the door and enters it. He goes down the stairs where we see different alien type people. On The stairs talking. THE DOCTOR has his back to us. As he enters the bar, filled with aliens, we see his face. He sits down looking down on the table. In this bar there are CYBERMAN, DALEKS, SEA DEVILS, JUDOON, and all the other aliens that aren't known yet. It's a small, dark kind of bar. Futuristic even. The bartender steps forward to The Doctor. He is a weird BLUE ALIEN.

BLUE ALIEN

What will it be?

The Doctor's head rises facing him. The alien looks stunned.

THE DOCTOR

(unhappy)
A Jimmy Dagger Beer.

ALIEN

Doctor, is that you?

​

THE DOCTOR

(darkly, unhappy)
Yes.

​

ALIEN

What are you doing here? Time Lord come to drink his sorrows out

​

THE DOCTOR

What of it.

​

ALIEN

You have changed.

​

THE DOCTOR

For better or worse.



The alien moves away and gets the beer and gives it to him.

THE DOCTOR

Crazy straw.



The Blue Alien gets the straw and puts it in the drink.

CYBERMAN

A fallen Time Lord here.

DALEK

Indeed.



Everyone starts to laugh at The Doctor. The Doctor turns his face and looks at everyone.

THE DOCTOR

SHUT UP!



The Doctor start to grab his heart and screams in pain. He freaks out and the glass falls and spills. He quickly escapes out the exit and into the Tardis. We have a shot of the beautiful mystic box. We show the new and improved Tardis console and how The Doctor is trying to press the buttons. But his legs give out. The room turns red. And the Tardis spins in the alley and into the time vortex. We see the Tardis fly in the skies of Chicago.

2. INT. CARLA'S HOUSE - DAY                              2.

CARLA enters her house with a business suit on. She's a brave feisty girl who can do anything. Cheeky and fast music is playing as she takes off her heels with a suitcase in hand and heads to the living room.

CARLA

(talks to self)
Well, I don't care Stella, how your freaking RING IS.



The Tardis crashes  on top of a shed outside in Carla's backyard. Debris fills the air.

CARLA

Oh... what now?



CUT TO:

3. EXT. CARLA'S BACKYARD - DAY                           3.

Carla heads to the back yard looking stunned in what she sees. The Tardis. Her suitcase falls to the ground.

CARLA

Can this day get any weird.



The Doctor opens the door revealing the console. The Doctor is sweating and has a tie and dressing shirt not tucked in.

CARLA

Oh great a hobo.

​

THE DOCTOR

What? No.



The Doctor grabs his heart in pain. Carla looks concerned. The Doctor stumbles weirdly like his legs aren't working. He enters the house. Carla looks back at him. But her eyes now face the inside of the Tardis. She enters in and she looks stunned at how big it is. She runs outside and circles around the Tardis to find a meaning to this and how it works. She goes back in with amazement.

CARLA

(realizing)
I've got a mad man in my house...I'VE GOT A MAD MAN IN MY HOUSE

​

She runs back into the house and The Doctor is messing up the kitchen.
